The image capture tool seems to not function correctly in the current 3.6 alpha build. If I use Ctrl+C to copy a region as an image, I can paste it elsewhere within MuseScore, but the system clipboard is not affected, it seems to only function within MuseScore. So the ability to paste musical excerpts into a word processor is broken. This on Linux using the AppImage. Works fine in 3.5.2.

Using the portable app I don't have this problem and I think using the windows .msi I copied and pasted earlier today. Perhaps this is a Linux only issue?

Could be. Would be nice to see if another Linux user could confirm. Could also be dependent on the specific window manager or distribution. I'm using Debian "buster" as installed by default in a ChromeOS Linux container. Every once in a while the unique properties of that environment do trigger a bug not reproducible on other Linux systems.
