Upload Quality is Beyond Awful

Today I uploaded a score to my profile and downloaded it to MP3. Upon opening it in Audacity, the waveform did NOT look right, and boy were my suspicions confirmed. The audio appears to be very muffled with the drums overpowering everything, all while the other instruments are practically fighting to be heard. Not only that, but there's also some obnoxious distortion that comes in when the music slightly rises in volume. And no, I did not play around with the master volume settings either, it's left on -40.

Apparently, this issue stretches onto the main site, with the audio coming in just as unclear as it was in the MP3 file. I'm thinking that maybe there was a button I accidentally clicked when writing the score that caused the regression in sound, because this issue has never happened before. But I'm also sitting there like "No it can't be that. Surely a problem like significant drop in audio quality couldn't have been caused by clicking one button"

If it's just a glitch or something, or if I'm just a moron who doesn't know how to make an easy fix to this inconvenience, all help would be appreciated.

Thank you!

It could be a MuseScore issue if you experience the same thing within the program itself just by exporting to MP3. If so, and you don't hear the same on normal playback, we'd need you to attach the score here in order for us to investigate.
