Can someone provide a full-sized guitar neck/fretboard diagram template or help me make one?

I'm trying to create something like the attached image in Musescore, but with 19 frets. Each space in between the vertical bars is a fret where you would place your fingers, and every horizontal line is a string, just like a fretboard diagram. The numbers that would go on it are for fingering. I can somewhat do it with tablature, but I have issues. I need to do the following things to regular tab to make it work or find a different way:

remove the "TAB" text on the left of each tab line (I can turn off visibility but it leaves a measure without a closing line which is gross)
increase the height or vertical stretch of the tab measures.

I also want to add a few fret numbers in certain places which I have figured out how to do by adding chord labels and just changing them to numbers. The purpose of this is for scales. Can someone provide such a diagram file to use in Musescore or tell me how I can do it? Thanks.

I don't think so unless it will keep everything on the fretboard and let me use that instead of tab, but I don't see that it does that since looks like it's only input for tablature. I'm not looking for tablature, rather a whole fretboard representation that is permanent. Thank you, though.

I feel it would be less customizable in addition to not having 19 frets unless I find a better image to work with, but I haven't seen any that are as simple. It's also nicer and cleaner to have the tools like in regular Musescore tablature editing. I'm open to trying it if nothing comes of this but I don't know any clean image editing tools yet.
