MuseScore 3.5.2 MacOS

• New score
• SaveAs
• Check the Open Recent menu: the score does not appear in Open Recent.
Nor does it appear when I close and reopen MuseScore

Here on the Mac I expect SaveAs to add the "saved" filename to the top of the Open Recent list.

I recently checked and that's how it works in other apps.

scorster.

Title On SaveAs MuseScore should add the score to Open Recent. Right? On "Save As" MuseScore should add the score to "Open Recent"
Type Functional Ergonomical (UX)

On Windows the behaviour is as expected, except one detail:
-open score A
-save as B (do not close)
-expected: A is available in open recent but it isn't (B is not in the list as expected because MuseScore filters opened score)
-close B
-open recent A & B are present (as expected)

Sorry misread the original description: you are saying "new score" => "save as" => "close"
Well in that scenario the behaviour on Windows is exactly as expected.
New score, save as A, A is not in the open recent while still opened, close A, A is correctly in the open recent.
And here I mean "save as.." explicitly selected, not the "save as" "generated" because you click on save and the score was never saved.
