plugin files configured to be loaded don't get removed when the file is removed

1. Move some plugin (even empty file does it) to the plugin folder
2. Go to the plugin manager and select "Load" for that plugin
3. Exit MuseScore
4. Remove the file
5. Restart MuseScore

The plugin will still be listed in the plugin manager and there seems to be no way of deleting it.
