Absolutely but even without a full WYSIWYG editor I'd certainly expect:
a) it should be obvious how to add a page header or footer just to the first page of a score (and all extracted parts), as this is quite common
b) header/footer text should wrap properly (currently it requires manual insertion of line breaks, but there's not even a way to type line breaks into, say, the score copyright properties)
c) header/footer text should not clash with staff placement, particularly if vertical staff justification is on (which it is by default for most templates)
