Open the attached MSCZ in MuseScore 3.5.2. Observe.
Open the attached MSCZ in MuseScore 3.6. Pick "choose old style" when prompted.

Observe differences.

Expected behavior: There should be no change from MuseScore 3.5.2 to MuseScore 3.6 if "choose old style" is selected.

The score stems from 3.5.0
Which version exactly? 3.6RC or the very latest development build? I don't see this happening in the latest build

I can reproduce in my build. The score itself looks as expected, but the parts definitely have the indent turned on at least. I can also reproduce on my own scores.
