Not sure if this is a new bug or not. When you first open the "Add measures" dialog the cursor selects the text box—as expected. However on subsequent openings the cursor doesn't engage with the textbox, so you have to select it manually.

Comments

  1. Note: Append Measures" dialog must not have been used before in that session;
  2. Create a very simple score (but any should do).
  3. Add > Measures > Append Measures; or Alt + Shift + B.
    Result (as expected): The text box is pre-selected.
  4. Type number directly into box and press return.
  5. Open same dialog again.
    Result (unexpected): The text box is no longer pre-selected, so you can't type directly into it.

I cannot reproduce on Linux but can on Windows. Focus is on either the OK or Cancel button, seems kind of random. Workaround is to click, or use tab to move focus.
