Grace Note Ties Don't Respect Cross-Staff Notation

Automatic placement of ties attached to grace notes does not respect cross-staff notation. To demonstrate:

1) Create a note on a grand staff
2) Add a grace note to this note
3) Add a tie from the grace note to the principle note
4) Move both notes to the other staff with shift+arrow

Expected: tie automatically moves along with the grace note and principle note to the other staff
Actual: tie adjusts its position relative to its current staff, rather than the staff it is supposed to move to
