Project
Step 1. I select the final blank measure of the below score.
Step 2. I click "Remove selected range"
Step 3. Musescore crashes every time.
I haven't figured out how to make it not crash so I'm just hiding it for now.

I can confirm that this would cause a crash in 3.6.0. I can also tell you that this has been fixed in 3.6.1, which is available for immediate download. Furthermore, I can tell you that the release of 3.6.2, which includes many more bug fixes, is planned for early next week.

I have the last version 3.6.2 and it crashes when i delete the first bar...
Then i get the "would you like to recover" message.
Al,
Please attach your score so that we can investigate the issue and solve this for you.
And then please open a new issue rather than highjacking an old, closed and fixed one.
This one here was about removing the last measure, you apparently have an issue with removing the first measure

Thank you!!!!!!!! I thought that this might belong to the same family of errors... This happens only on this score... and using both the keyboard shortcut and the menu function. Thank you very much!
Still the wrong issue for this, but I can't reproduce, selecting the 1st measure and using Ctrl+Del (Cmd+Delon Mac) just removes it, as it should, no crash
