Not working in what sense? You mean they aren't affecting playback? Probably you simply accidentally turned off playback of repeats in the main toolbar - try turning it back on. Otherwise, in order to investigate the problem with your specific score, we would need you to attach it.
In the "Repeat section" the only tool working correctly it's the start/end repeat. The following: D.C, Coda, Fine and others aren't. To be more specific: I try to click on them and the tools simply don't show up at the score (like they're not available or something). I'm having this issue for a while now.

Also, when you attach your score, be sure to tell us which measure you are selecting before clicking the D.C or whatever in the palette.
