I cannot save my score online when working on my PC. Error message: "Unrecognized username or password. Forgot your password?"

Also when I sign on using a different device, a iPad, I cannot login.

Sounds like you are having an issue with the score sharing website msuescore. so you would need to contact the support staff at that website for help. First, though, you might try just logging on directly to the website and resetting your password. In any case, for further assistance, please contact the support staff for that website.
