Left Hand Pizzicato

Thwere is a left hand pizzicate in the symbols palette of the master palette. That won't sound though
There also a very similar looking "+" sign in the articulations palette, used for mute, not sure whether thnat has any playback.

So you'd need to add the pizz text, then arco on the next note, and perhaps make both invisible.
