Hi,
It's around two months that I'm releasing my works to your website but two bugs really annoys me:
1) I export my projects in MusicXML (Uncomperesed) from Sibelius. After opening it in MuseScore software, I must always drag all the pedals for piano part from between of two staves to below the bass staff
2) I wonder why never "rit." and "accel." signs work
Please kindly correct these problems.

We'd need the MusixcXML file
rit. and accel. do work, you can add them and the musician / condictor will see them and act accordingly
Vor MuseScore to have proper playback see #9383: Rubato: ritardando and accelerando and as a workaround use the plugin TempoChanges
If you are having problems with MusicXML or have questions about how to add tempo markings, or anything else, it is best to post to the Support forum, not here in the issue tracker. Be sure to include your actual score, not just a picture of it, and precise steps to reproduce the problem. Only after we have confirmed the problem to actually be a bug does it make sense to post here. As it is, I suspect Sibelius simply isn't exporting the pedal symbol correctly and that's why it doesn't display correctly in MuseScore. But in order to say for sure, we'd need to you post the actual MusicXML file to the Support forum.
