Project
When creating a tied note at the end of a system which ends with a double bar and a cautionary time signature, the tie extends to the end of the staff, and not to the double bar, which is correct.

occurs only once, at m. 19, in this score; but has come repeatedly in others (fixed via maunal adjustment).
Right, but to be clear: frequency isn't about how often it happens, but how often it has been reported. Surprisingly, I don't recall any other reports about this, probably because the default doesn't actually look bad, it just doesn't match Gould or published scores following that convention.

Yes, as I mentioned (https://musescore.org/en/node/322007), I wasn't sure how to report an Issue Tracker.
I know it's a bit of pettifoggery, but it's a notation detail on which my Engraving Mentor, Herr Breitkopf, has repeated slapped my hand.
So a duplicate of #319761: Glissando and Horizontal Frames and System breaks
Nah, doesn't look like it
