Staff brackets
I am trying to replicate staff brackets as seen in Example-1 to Example-2. The first staff is the only two-line system, all others have three staves. I want the brackets to only apply to the two staves as in Example-2.

You mean Voltas. Those can only span whole measures. So you could split the measure and hide the barline
