1. Open attached score (produced in 2.0).
2. Change to 'Continuous View'.

Expected result: The clef, key and time signatures don't appear.

Actual result: The clef, key and time signatures appear.

afe6c9ac9e looks good.

It doesn't show elements that are not marked as not shown in staff properties.
It *does* show elements that are made invisible in Inspector which I believe is better than the expected behavior from the issue.
