The mixer instrument selection list is hard to use

The mixer instrument selection menu is very long, and it is worse when you have custom soundfonts.
Plus, the instruments are not in alphabetical order, this makes searching for an instrument very difficult.

I suggest:
- To sort instruments by alphabetical order (I suppose this should be quick)
- Better, have an autocompletion menu and let the users type the instrument they are searching for.

What do you think?

Here is a screenshot of how it behaves on my computer. I have a 4K screen, and the list is at least 3 times longer that my screen can display.
