Adding multiple accidentals to the same note? (not double-sharp, etc.)

Does anyone know if it is possible to add multiple different accidentals to the same note?

I'm a just intonation composer, and have been trying to figure out a decent workflow for writing in (at least) 7-limit JI in Musescore. I was toying around with the Xentuner plugin created by Keenan Pepper (https://musescore.org/en/project/xentuner) and I managed to rig up a rudimentary version of Helmholtz-Ellis notation using the extended array of accidentals included in the Master Pallet. It's a bit tiresome to have to activate the plugin to re-tune the playback after every new addition, but otherwise pretty effective.

Here's the problem: I can't add more than one accidental to one note, which is severely limiting in this notation system. There are a bunch of naturals, sharps, and flats, raised and lowered by up to three syntonic commas, which makes expressing a fairly broad range (though not infinite) of 5-limit intervals possible. But for 7-limit intervals and beyond the accidentals are all individualized, which makes writing those intervals possible only with the natural notes.

So does anyone know if there is a way to add multiple accidentals to the same note? Or failing that is there a way of importing custom accidentals, in which case I could create individual symbols for each combination of accidentals?
