Project problem

I have a serious problem with my musescore 3 project,
The problem is with saving the file. The program crashed to my desktop and after restarting the program while I was saving the track, I overwritten my existing file with the same name.
After restarting my computer, the file is empty and I have lost a lot of precious time for me and my lovely composition. Will I be able to restore the session because this project was incredibly important to me? :'( regards

If you are on Windows and didn't go out of your way to disable or circumvent OneDrive, then all you need to do is go to that site and restore a previous of the file. Other OS's may provide a similar capability.
