I want to alter this note and the ottava to look like the one in the original score(highlighted)

For the first issue change the Ottava in Inspector to
<sym>ottavaAlta</sym>, for the 2nd use cross staff notation, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/cross-staff-notation and after that adjust the beam, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/beams#adjust-beam-heightDone in the attached

Or just uncheck the "numbers only" option for the ottava
