It takes a very long time to boot the program. I cannot use earphones if I opened the program without it. The opposite is the same: open with earphones, cannot switch to laptop speakers. If my laptop goes to "sleep mode", when I wake it up most of the buttons are not showing. They reappear when I sweep over with the mouse pointer.

I use a MacBook Pro 2020, OS Big Sur version 11.6.
It's a known isssue that on macOS, changes to devices are not communicated to MuseScore immediately, but try toggling the MIDI button (or going to Edit / Preferences / I/O and restarting audio devices).
As for the slowness, be sure you don't have any enormous soundfpnts (eg, MDL) that need to be loaded. Try Help / Revert to Factory Settings. If you continue to have difficulty, please ask for help on the Support forum where fellow macOS may be able to help diagnose whatever OS issues might be going on to cause MuseScore to open more slowly than usual on your system than other.
