Comments
code name? Do you mean note name or chord symbol? Where exactly do you see MuseScore showing something wrong?
In reply to code name? Do you mean note… by Jojo-Schmitz
I mentioned codename as "chord symbol" (for example "C","C7","Cm7",etc.).
I cannot see displaying wrong.
I found that for example, "chord symbol" shows "C" but MuseScore may play "D" chord notes after undo chord symbol change.
that is a bug, i thought.
additional information:
at first I input "C" chord, MuseScore plays "C" "E" "G" as "C chord".
second, I change that "C chord symbol" to "Dm chord symbol", and MuseScore plays "D" "F" "A" as "Dm chord".
third, I undo previous change and MuseScore shows "C", but MuseScore plays "D" "F" "A" in spite of showing "C" chord symbol.
Confirmed. The bug doesn't persist though after a save/close/reopen.
thanks for your confirmation!
and I see that bug is temporally matter.
I don't need to fix this bug speedy, so I ask you(or someone?) to fix when you like.
