Presumably you are referring to an account on the score sharing website musescore.com, not anything on this site - we don't even have paid accounts here. So as the article linked above explains, please go over to that website - the one you are having trouble with - and contact their support staff.
FWIW, though, your profile shows "this account" has only been active for a month and a half. My guess is you created two accounts and cancelled one but left the other open. Something to explain politely when you do reach out to the support staff of that other website.
