Hello, musescore is being extremely quiet. I tried adjusting the master volume and only got muted distortion, I am using Bluetooth headphones that I have used several times before, and I have disconnected and reconnected them. I even closed out of musescore and restarted it several times. I have to have the volume on my windows laptop at 100 just to hear anything from playback. I need help resolving this issue, I am a music composition major and I have an upper divisional hearing due soon.

Is MuseScore present in the Windows mixer? Is its volume slider set?
Also please attach your score and tell us what soundfonts you are using, also what volume level you see in View / Synthesizer.
