This site - musescore.org - has no membership. You are presumably looking for musescore.com. When you go to that site, scroll to the bottom to find the contact info for their support team. Or just cancel yourself, by clicking your profile icon and following the steps from there. But again, this is about that other site, so if you have further questions best to ask over there.
