unknown:unknown: Qt: Session management error: None of the authentication protocols specified are supported
I think it's caused by the Flatpak using Qt "5.15-21.08" branch, because it runs fine when it was "5.15". I'm not the maintainer, so as a workaround I just downgraded my installation. What version of Qt was MuseScore supposed to run on?

Sorry, but the Flatpack version is not supported here. Only the AppImage is.
MuseScore 3.x is suppoted to run with Qt 5.9, but 5.15 seems to work too, at least it does on my local builds (on Windows)
That's alright, I'm just hoping I could help the folks at Flathub. Thanks for the info!
I'd rather think that a Qt module is missing, like Qt WebEngine or maybe Qt Network Authorization, although ISTR that the latter is only needed for master (and the former only for 3.x and before)
