Step 1: Upload your score on musescore.com
Step 2: Click 'Add the missing information' below 'author and title not listed'
Step 3: Click 'This is my original composition' when the box comes up.
Result: Nothing happens. You are hence unable to add anything.

I have the same problem.
Then you need to go to the same place as mentioned above
