Jazz templates have too large a dotNoteDistance

Ubuntu Studio 14.04, GIT commit: e2a6fbd

dotNoteDistance should still be the default - somehow it accidentally got set t 1.25sp. dotMag doesn't really need to be bigger than default either, although I guess I sort of remember doing that on purpose thinking it might make it look more "handwritten" (as I did for the stems).
