Unable to download save and verify the package
Ive tried everyway possible to work around this but its to the point where i give up and ask for help, ever since i got my new lap top this has been the main message when trying to download any resources. and before you comment "use the work arounds" ive tried and those dont work either .

Which package? Which workarounds?
Do you mean #314950: Downloading MuseScore_General_HQ extension fails and/or #315198: Downloading MDL extension fails and the workaround mentioned at their end?
Those indeed don't seem to work any longer.
Unless you use the ... menus and keep them and ignore the security warnings

Would your new laptop happen to be in Windows S Mode? If so, you can only download from the Microsoft Store. Or get out of S Mode.
