Icons in custom palette are zoomed in to the point they're impossible to distinguish

How I encountered the issue:
1) Created a custom palette
2) Added tempo markings (Eighth note=80BPM, etc...)
Now the icons in the palette are extremely zoomed in and I can't tell apart which is which. Attached is a photo of the issue.

This shouldn't happen normally, but perhaps that palette is set to add magnification via the "scale" setting? What do its properties say? Also, how is the cell width set? You should have control over all of these things.
Yes I've fixed it! I don't know how but they had been set to 1,5 scale so now it's all good.
