I deleted the numbered measure. How can I add the numbered measure back?
I have opened the format > style > measure numbers. I am using the "show first" option. The numbered I have deleted didn't seem to appear. How can I make it happen again? Do I have to add in the numbering manually by adding text? Thank you.

Try using the same path, change the interval then change it back to 5.
Something when you change these options, it doesn't take effect right away, not until the whole page is laid out again. If it doesn't just fix itself (try save/reload), please attach the score so we can understand and assist better.
