Hi - the { and } keys for Stretch don't work on the Mac.
By stretch, I mean (menu) Format / Stretch / Increase (or decrease) Stretch Layout.
I can change stretch only by using the menu item, which being about 1 pixel at a time, is not useable.
thanks. J

As per https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/layout-and-formatting#increase-decr… it'd be Ctrl+Alt+9 and Ctrl+Alt+8 on a Mac. Are you saying those don't work?
Also, please attach your score and give precise steps to reproduce the problem - which measures you are trying to stretch and in which direction. It's possible you have simply hit the limit for the measure in question, or haven't changed by enough to affect the calculation of how many measures fit on a system.
But for the record, stretch doesn't work in single pixels - it works in units of around 10% at a time. And also, whatever it is you are trying to do via stretch adjustments, is probably better done another way, such as changing the global spacing value for the score (Format / Style / Measure) and/or adding system breaks. So, also best to ask for help on the forum and attach your score there so we can understand and advise better.
Hello. I have the same problem. I would like to decrease measures on Mac -without brackets-, but Ctrl+Alt+9 and Ctrl+Alt+8 doesn't work
I'm not sure what those shortcuts are meant to represent - the standards one are { and }, but some Mac users have reported they need to use [ and ] instead.
See #340651: Stretch seems to work with [brackets], not {braces}
