Gift PRO and PRO (BANK DETAILS issue)

Hi, just wondering if someone here have the same problem that i just encountered.
Im from The Philippines, i have a problem purchasing the PRO. It seems that the MUSESCORE doesnt accept my Credit card details. but all details are correct. and i have no problem using my Card in different sites. and my friend in the US also tried to purchase the PRO, and still not working.

"Pro" is not a feature of the MuseScore software we help support here - it's something having to do with the commercial score-sharing website musescore.com. So you'd have to go over there to that website and ask their support staff if you have questions.
