1) Open app on machine #1, Google appears as a login option
2) Open app on machine #2, Google login is not appearing

Note: Both machines are versions of MacOS.

Status active ⇒ needs info

There's no login option in the MuseScore editor (at least as long as you don't use File > Save online)
Or are you talking about the mobile player app for Andoid and iOS (the latter apparently also runs on macOS)
