Sounds like you are having some sort of issue using MuseScore, but it isn't clear what. please ask for help on the Supprot forum, and attach your score along with precise steps to reproduce the problem.
Then if it turns out there is an actual bug at play, we can revisit this report in the issue tracker.

This is the score, or an example from one. You see how in the part the C is one octave lower
Looks like you changed instruments after generating the part; that doesn't work indeed - see #62416: Changes to staff transposition (and other properties) not reflected in linked parts. So, be sure to do instrument changes before generating parts. If you need to change instruments after generating parts, just delete and re-generate the part.
