I tried downloading the music font files using the MuseHub installer on windows. Midway through the download, I realized it was installing them to my C drive and I wanted to change that to the D drive. So I went to the settings panel and changed the download folder from default to custom. Now the download is permanently frozen and I cannot get it to resume. I've tried quitting and rerunning the MuseHub, switching back to the default directory, pressing the Clear Application Cache button and even renaming the ProgramData/MuseHub directory, but my download still remains frozen and there seems there is nothing I can do to either resume it or to delete it and start over.

Probably better to ask for help on Discord if you have;t already sovled it (e.g., by rebooting). And then if this turns out to be a reproducible bug as opposed to a one-time fluke, report it on GitHub.

I seem to have fixed the issue by just uninstalling and reinstalling musehub. I did not uninstall musescore but when I reinstalled musehub, it allowed me to resume the install and did not remove the other sounds that I had installed previously.

I had the same issue and decided to reinstall MuseHub. Since I couldn't find guidance to uninstall, I simply made a copy of my scores to a safe place and used the standard way (moved both the MuseHub and MuseScore4 apps to the bin from the Applications folder on macOS). I must have missed some steps, since after reinstalling MuseHub, the same issue persists: MuseHub wants to install a new helper and that doesn't work (see screenshot).
