Sounds won't load (nothing will play even when the play button is pressed) until a note is clicked on/placed down
Specific Mixer selected instrument sound variations don't carry over (Jazz kit drumset changed back to normal) and are impossible to get back.

The not-working playback shouldn't happen, but if you have a specific score you are having trouble with, please attach it it here so we volunteers can help investigate. And then if there turns out to be a bug involved, we can advise you on how to best report it to GitHub for the developers to handle from there.
It's a known limitation that custom sound selections within soundfonts are not supported yet.
