When exporting as a MIDI every instrument is changed to violin

I'm trying to make a piano concerto but when I export it as a MIDI it changes every instrument to a violin! Can someone help!

The MIDi file you attached uses flutes, oboes, piano, and other instruments, and it plays fine for me. Each track contains the appropriate program change messes so it should work with any General-MIDI-compatible MIDI player. If the program you are using to play this MIDI file is playing violin sounds instead, you would need to consult the documentation for that program to find out how to get it to use General MIDI sounds, or you would need to set the sounds to the desired instruments manually. But the file itself is fine, as you can easily see by simply opening it in MuseScore.

Do you know how to do that in VLC media player?
(I use soundfont called 'GeneralUser GS v1.471.sf2')

That player should work, and that soundfont is GM-compatible so it should work. If you're having problems with that program, you'd have to ask on their support site.
