I'm not sure how it happened I just opened up Musescore and the parts were missing and when I hit play it would change to a piano even though in instruments it's labeled as harp and and the parts are there as well.

I have opened your score. Can you tell me what we need to do next in order to see a problem? You hard staves play as harp for me using the default soundfont.

As you can see in the picture, there are for harp parts, but the part names disappear at some point and when that happens it plays a piano. It might be a problem with my system if it’s not showing in your end. Should I try a factory reset then? And if so how should I go about not losing my files.
The E# in measure 1, the A natural in measure 7, the D natural in measure 14 are Instrument Change texts in disguise
Maybe there are even more of those
Delete them and the score looks good

That seems to be the problem yes, I deleted them, however in harp 4 it wont change back for some reason and I'm not sure why.
You mean Harp 3 I guess?
There was a leftover invisible/empty instrument change
