Several incorrect quotation marks in German translation

In German, the straight quotation marks (" " and ' ') are only a substitute character for typewriters and are incorrect for regular use. They should therefore be replaced by proper German quotation marks („ “ and , ‘).
For example, the string Wert für 'Wiederholungstaktstriche mit "Flügeln" anzeigen' zurücksetzen is incorrect, but Wert für „Wiederholungstaktstriche mit ,Flügeln‘ anzeigen“ zurücksetzen would be correct. Note that in German, for nested quotes, the inner quote is enclosed in single quotation marks.

Except for

Wert für ,Wiederholungstaktstriche mit „Flügeln“ anzeigen‘ zurücksetzen

As all these "Wert für" strings are using single ticks for the outer string. Here consistency is more important than correcteness IMHO
