1) Download and Install Muse Score 4 as well as Muse Sounds

2) Place a note, you will hear the crackling and popping

3) Try and play a small song, you will hear more crackling and popping.

I have tried the same thing across two devices and both make a popping sound. I also tested it WITHOUTM Muse Sounds and it still did this. Please help.

Me as well. It has happened on beta and official release of 4.0. I’ve got my buffer speed on the highest setting on a Lenovo Ideapad 3 15IML05, 8GB RAM, Intel i3. Happens on scores from 3.6.2 and brand new ones.
