Once App is installed on Windows 11 you cannot access to taskbar if its have autohide enabled and the app is maximized.
It also happens in Windows 10.

Dont set autohide or exit full screen mode before trying to access that bar

The usual maximize, restore, minimize controls in the upper right corner disappear in full screen and the window is not draggable like any other program, Using F11 will toggle full screen. But it shouldn't be necessary in order to access the task bar. I find this a significant inconvenience when copy/pasting between programs or windows. If I was working with a single monitor this would be intolerable.
