Version 4.0.0 MuseScore, new release
Opened new score.
Began to test MuseScore.
Upon checking to see what the two hamburger buttons on row 2 and row 3 of the menu did, nothing happened.
Attached file has these buttons circled.

These toolbar elements are meant for dragging. Does that not work?
And they do work for me for that purpose
