Muse Strings :: How to do a détaché or portato bowing?
Muse Sounds Strings is unusable for anything that needs non-legato playing, except staccato of course.
Slurs are useless, they have no effect on how groups of notes are played.
Simple notes: plays legato, which is deal breaker (should play détaché). Makes the strings unusable for anything that needs non-staccato crispy tones.
Slurred notes: plays legato (OK)
Staccato notes: plays staccato (OK)
Slurred staccato: seems to play exactly like staccato notes, which is kinda OK.
Slurred tenuto: plays legato (should play more like portato), but it's not a deal breaker.
Am I doing something wrong? Will there ever be non legato/staccato bowing in Muse Strings?

Yes, wtf
Slurs don't affect any MuseScore sounds.
As you know, any string sound marked 1 or 2 does not refer to desks. 1 is supposed to be a more expressive style than 2. That's all. I use 2 because it is a bit cleaner. But only a bit.
Turn off reverb. That helps with separating notes.
Yeah I have this same problem is there any way to have strings just play detache by default because the strings slur everywhere.
