Support for Flex partiture

Dear all, I wrote a 5 part flex partiture and now I would like to add instruments lines in the main partiture playing unisono.

I was expecting to use the "part duplicate" functionality, however doing so does not result into a partiture with additional instruments.

The approach I am now taking is to
1. create new instrument
2. copy/paste from the "source" Part into the new instrument .

For example I wrote the Part1 for flute/Oboe and now I would
1. add Instrument "Bb Clarinet"
2. copy from Part 1 for Flute
3. paste into the newly created "Bb Clarinet"

Is this the appropriate way or are there faster ways ?
