MUSESCORE FILE WILL NOT OPEN
Hi!
I have been working on an original orchestral soundtrack with MuseScore 4 for MONTHS, and recently, the file will not open. I'm sure my work is still there, but every time I go to open the file, MuseScore crashes.
I AM DEVASTATED.
If there is anything I can do, please let me know! Thanks.
NOTE: Every other file I have worked on opens just fine. It's only this one. :(

For what it's worth, I downloaded and tried to open it with MS4 and it crashed mine too.
I hope you get some help for this
I extracted the mscx-file from your score. If you open it with an editor you can see there several references to soundfont files in a MuseScore3 directory. Maybe those dont exist anymore?

It crashes in Mu3 too
It apparently uses MDL, which so far doesn't exost for Mu4, so can't be an original MU4 score, but apparently one worked in Mu4, as it now is in a Mu4 format.
However: those soundfonts are not the issue apparently, as removing them from the mscz doesn't cure the crash
I can confirm the crash, seems somehow it eats up all memory. Please open an issue on GitHub and attach the file there so the developers can investigate and provide a fix in a coming update (and hopefully, a workaround for now).
