String numbers in Fingering palette

I'm using ms4 and I want to put circled string numbers under notes, as in the second attachment. I see that in the fingering palette (first attachment), there are three sets of numbers, all rendered the same way. The mouse-over shows that they are "Fingering", "LH Fingering" and "String Number". Using "String Number" places a circled number on top of the note, close to what I want. My questions are

• Is there a way I can have the default placement of the string number be under the string at the bottom of the staff? It places it on top of the note. I know I can drag it down if need be.

• Should/can the palette display the string numbers with circles around them?
