distorted sound on playback. metronome out of sync.
I was thinking about upgrading but not all the while the synthesizer is so out of wack, And there is no synthesizer noted on view drop down .

Yup. No synthesizer in MU4. Does your computer meet the specs need to run MU4>

As long as your computer has an SSD you should be OK. You may need to make some adjustments.
