Changing staff order
The MS4 handbook says:
"Adding and ordering instruments
Accessing the Instruments panel
Open the Instruments panel by clicking on the Instruments tab on the left side of the screen:"
Well that's fine and dandy peachy keen, but when I open my score there is no instruments tab on the left side of the screen, and I've clicked on everything in my score I can think of and there is still no instruments tab, and I've done a text search of the handbook complete table of contents hoping to find out how to display the Instruments tab and the only reference to it I found was the text quoted above.
If I Select View/Instruments I do get a left tab headed Instruments, but it does not bear the faintest resemblance to the Image of the needed Instruments tab in the Handbook.
So can anyone please tell me the apparently closely guarded secret of how to display this alleged Instruments Tab as shown in the Handbook?

Look on the View menu and check that the Instruments panel is selected.
You can also toggle display of the instrument panel with function Key F7.

That's what you got. Select an instrument and the up/down arrows will become active

Thanks, that does it. That's not at all how the Handbook says it works.
In the MS4 Handbook, the section Changing the order of instruments has an illustration which is actually a short instructional video. Try watching it:

On the Instruments panel, the instruments are listed. You can drag any instrument up or down to adjust its ordering in the list.
And, depending on what you are trying to do, hit "I". Then you can add, subtract, and move instruments.
